    hardcore power movements

barbell row (as heavy as possible)
    wide grip chins
    wide pull downs
    tbar rows

i know you've probably tried, but that's my best advice..

    Try the dumb ones?

I like to use T-bar rows and Dumbell rows. I would also agree with Dane to go heavy. Build your thickness and then develop the details later. I have used these principles to develop a back that I am proud to show when ever I have the chance.

Allot of people have great lats, just don't know how to pose them. I figure that since you have been training for 15+ years you have lats but just are not accustomed to posing them.

I’m with Dane on the rows, chins, and pull downs, but I also would like to add the good old-fashioned dead lift. Absolutely the meat and Potatoes of overall back development. Be careful though, if you get to fond of them you may develop a thick waist. Besides that learning to spread your lats properly is an art that needs practice rather than anything else.

    Bexsome... pics??

Do you ever pre-exhaust your lats?

Do you ever find that your biceps get pumped but your back doesn't?

Are your lats disproportionately sized compared to the rest of you?

Can I ask any more questions?
