Looks pretty good to me. My personal advice would be to do your deads first...i prefer that so you're at your strongest, and you can really toss some weight...

and for me, that's too many sets...not sure how everyone else feels about it, but i'm usually completely blitzed after about 16 sets...but do whatever works for you.

I think it looks great, I've always kindof had a naturally strong back, and i've neglected it for awhile because of that . But I think it's time that I start workin it hard . I'm gonna try your back workout and see how it goes for me. BTW I like the Bronze Star in your avatar. I have one my grandpa gave me from when he was in WWII

Looks decent, but i agree with cj. it's too many sets for me, but if it works for you than do it.

I would try to divide your back routine in half, doing only three excersizes per week, but do more sets on each excersize.

    Something like this:
    First week

    Deads 6 set
    T-bar 4 set
    Chins 5 set

    second week

    Bent BB rows 5 set
    Lat pulldowns 5 set
    seated cable row 5 set

This schedule will give you two separate back routines, and you will be able to use more weight than usual, and you dont have to be in the gym forever, wasting valuable eating time

I would take the chin ups and lat pull down out and just to weighted wide girp pull ups they are awesome for building a good lat spread.

    kind of like this

    Deadlift:4 sets
    Weighted Pulls ups :4 sets
Bent-over row w/ olympic bar (palms out) :4 sets
    T-bar row:4 sets
    Seated cable row:4 sets

Honestly I have no problem doing 4 sets all exercises back is day is my favorite and also my best part of my body
