Im workin out abou 5days/week,, my question to u guys is wats the bet to split up my routine.. i only change it up every 2-3weeks
weekends are jus cardio and abs
mon- chest Bis
tues- back

cardio everyday weekends i sack tho..
cardio basically the tread and/or step for 20 mins or a box routine eg. jumprope bag ..
what u guys think.. and also should legs be done more.. i do legs and im done.. i wanted to do legs with back??![]()
Personally, i don't like doing back the day after biceps. I feel like i lose a lot of my grip and end up having to use straps to get through my entire workout.
Legs once a week can be fine for most, if you really want to hit them, split quads and hams.
M: Chest
T:Quads/bis
W:rest
Th:Shoulders/Tris
F:Back/Hams
or do like that days 1-5, take a day off then repeat, so you hit it a little more often.
Current split that I am using is:
Mon: Chest, Calves
Tues: Back, Abs
Wed: Off
Thurs: Shoulders, Abs
Fri: Arms, Calves
Sat: Legs
Another I have used in the past with great sucess:
Mon: Chest, Bis
Tues: Back, tris
Wed: Off
Thrus: Legs (Quads, Hams, Calves)
Fri: Shoulders, Traps
Sat and Sun Off
This is a great routine for a hardgainer. Gives you that extra day off in the week to recover and grow.
