how much is too much
how much running would be to much? i dont run at all right now and i have started to develope alittle bit of a stomache and my abs are gone..but im trying to bulk. is there any type of mediem where i can sum what get my abs back? so i guess what im asking is there a any way to run to drop alittle bf but not burn up any muscle?

Your best bet would be to do cardio in the morning on non-leg workout days. I would go with a jog, and if my legs weren't sore then I'd throw in some sprints.
Other than that, the rest would be tweaking your diet.
