You should probably combine a couple things like bi's, tri's and shoulders, traps, so that you can get another day to rest. I used to work out pretty much every day and I couldn't maintain it for too long. I don't think that most people can maintain a six day schedule for all that long. But you have to do what works for you. And also, one hour is enough time to work out. It's probably better to keep it under two hours.

Definitely keep it under 2 hours like DB said - my preference is for right around one hour - much more than that and you're being counterproductive.

As far as your routine, you have to do what works for you. I personally think 6 days a week is a lot for lifting. I stay between 4-5 days per week for lifting, and I'll do cardio on my off days (and on some lifting days) and take sunday completely off from everything.

I was wondering how much rest should be done inbetween sets. ill do 90 secsfor the first three, and for my last set ill take 2 to 3 miutes off so i can hit it 6 times until muscle fatique. does anyone have any comments if this is good or not. If anyone has any suggestions for building mass it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
