Training/nutrion help
I just want to make myself available to help anyone with training, nutrition, a/s. I've been a PT for almost 20 years, 13 in the facility I own, hold a bs in Ex. Phys., carry a couple certs, and am a member of the ACSM. Not tooting my horn, just offering honest help if needed. "[email protected]"

A.C.S.M. by far is the industry standard. I can get you the info if you're interested.

ACSM web site: http://www.acsm.org/certification.htm
The only other two I'd recommend are ACE and NSCA
ACE web site: http://www.acefitness.org/getcertified/new.cfm
NSCAweb site: http://www.nsca.com/certification.htm
Let me know if you pursue any of these as I may be able to give you a jump start on the courses.
