am i on the right way?
hey guys i am look to put mass on my upper chest since its a lagging area so i am doing this workout:
incline barbell press 4 sets
incline dumbbell press:2 sets
inline flys 4 sets
vertical press:3 sets
as u can see i am not doing flat barbell press or flat dumbbell press am i on the right way?
