    Drop the reps down?

    Hi
My sets usually go 12,10,8,8. Do you think that is ideal or should i make it 10,8,6,6??

for me 6-8 max is a good number when doing bench presses but all other exercises for me with exception of deadlift go between 10-12. On squats i get great response with only 4 reps max per set, but of course i do not limit myself to just 4 measly reps i usually shoot for 10 reps max. It really depends on the person you will hear alot of bro's swear by doing no more then 6 or 8 reps max (i used to be one that said that), but again it depends on the person. You will have to experiment to see what's right for you.
Certain muscles might respond better to a few extra reps then another body part, but yes generally if you are shooting for size 6-8 is a good range but not for me.

Try different numbers of reps for each muscle. Experiment to see what works best for your body. For me, some muscle groups grow better with low reps, and others grow better with high reps.
