Good split
Anyone suggest a good split. I like to do Chest/tri, Back/bis, Shoulders/Legs, Rest, start again. How does this sound? Im gonna be doin lots of cardio in the morning, are there any specific splits I can do to aid in dieting? thanks, Doc
