My chest workout.. fucked up or good ??
Benchpress 3 X 6-8-8
Inc-Benchpress 3 X 6-8-8
Inc-Dumbblepress 3 X 6-8-8
Decline Flys 3 X 6-8-8
Pullovers 3 X 8-8-8
What do you thing about that.. have no "fly" exercise for my upperchest but thats because I want it to blow upp whit press exercises..
Does it look good ??

looks like a good routine.. ive done the up-pyramids and they feel good.. its a nice change. Just make sure you switch it up after a little dont wanna stick with the same thing.
