Good Chest workout?
Is this a good chest workout or is it one exercise too much for mass?
Incline bench press 10-8-6
flat bench press 10-8-6
decline bench press 10-8-6
Pec deck 10-8-6
Any comments??

Would cable crossovers be a good move to replace the pec dec?
Thing is that i also do my Dips for my triceps on chest day so does this change my chest workout at all??

I would start with Flat Barbell Presses since the load should be the heaviest for this exercise and would tax your system the most. Then move on to some dumbell Incline Presses.
I never really like the Pec Dec movement... I just don't feel it as much as good ol' flyes and other isolation-type exercises. And I prefer to do the isolation movements with higher reps for more time under tension on the muscle group - since the load is much lighter.
You should switch up your routine everytime. For example, you could stick with the two basic compound movements and then alternate Pec Dec (if you like the movement) with Incline Flyes every other workout.
As far as sets, reps, tempo, rest intervals and so forth - as long as you are gaining and reaching goals... like hitting your supercompensation curve in favor of continous progress then your good to go...

Thats odd i love the pec dec as a finisher for my chest work out. It allows me to truely focus and squeeze for all i am worth.

what exactly are giant sets??
Also, just try leaning forward alittle bit when you are doing dips. That feels great for me.
