Thread: rep range question

  1. #1

    rep range question

often, 15 reps is used to cut your body right. Specifically in the bench, if you eat like you are bulking ( even more since the high rep range burns so many calories) , will it make your muscles bigger?

with 15 reps you can still "bulk" it has to do with your diet... not the workout.

I don't think the amount of reps will affect how cut you are............like Bigol said its the diet..............although your muscles respond differently to reps.......

low reps= strength gains w/out as much much growth
    med reps=better for muscle growth
high reps=muscle endurance and growth of slow twitch muscles

also training your slow twitch muscle fiberswon't get you much growth
