2x a day workout
Hey guys, I'm starting a winter bulker in a few weeks. I've found time to workout twice a day so I'm thinking about a split like this. Each workout will be 15 sets rep range from 6-10. Think this looks good or over training... Note: I will be using anabolics.
Sunday - Off
Monday
AM - Bis
PM - Chest
Tuesday
AM - Calves/Forearms
PM - Hammies/ Lowerback
Wednesday
AM - Delts
PM - Off
Thursday
AM - Abs
PM - Back
Friday
AM - Tris
PM - Quads
Saturday
AM - Traps
PM - Off

wo.. looks good man.. damn I wish I had time to work-out twice a day.... they only problem I see is thursday-friday... quads after back isnt a good Idea IMO. other than that looks good... plenty of calories burnt.. so keep up the calories.
