Hi, I am 26, 303 pounds about 29% bodyfat. I have been working out but need a regular routine.
I am currently lifting 3 days a week and doing cardio 5 days.
Monday I do chest, Wednesday I do bi's and tri's and Fridays I do back and shoulders.
I need a 3 day lifting routine along with definitions on how to do things. I am new to this game so I dont have a clue.
Please help!
