    Be careful!!!!

When training while on AAS!! Even though your strength is higher, your joints and tendons may not be fully acclimated to the additional stress you're putting them under and it's possible to injure yourself. I was training with my friend (Tigress) yesterday and was a little to aggressive with the 120's on inclines. I felt a slight tear/pull in my pec-delt tie in so I stopped training chest. I finished my biceps, calves and abs (BTW....she kicked my ass on calves ) went home and iced the injury. Today is off (chest actually feels ok), Tuesday is legs and Wednesday is shoulders....hopefully all is well by then. Just a word of caution.

Yesterday was fun! And it was an awesome feeling keeping up with a tank like you on calves, who would believe it? Too bad you hurt your chest, but it will be better soon, and in the meantime, you can work on those legs

For those who don't know...it's not that my calves are weak...it's just that Tigress' are very strong. She played Volleyball for years and is a blackbelt...so not only does she kick my ass on calF raises, but she could kick my ass for real

Yes buttercup...I will pay more attention to my legs

You have a point there bro I expected some pain from my tendons after reading about it here but the pain was quite intense.I think so long as you ice the area after an injury to reduce the swelling things should be OK.

Can,t possibly comment on Tigeress kicking your ass what do you expect from a women. They are all little strength freaks really they just like to hide it more often than not!(Until we get on the wrong side of them then they show us who,s boss!! LOL)

    LMFAO!

I did NOT whip Pete's ass!

I couldn't compete with Pete on any upper body weights at all, and I can lift as much as some men in the gym. He just means that I could lift as much on calves, not more even. We were doing 500lbs+ on calf raises.

    Very Good

Really good point pete. You should post that in other forms. I make sure to be extra carefull with form and warming up when "on". It's very easy to tear something and very hard to wait for it to be back to 100%.

What a fun calf routine try this:

pick and weight you can get 30 reps with, last ones should be hard, then only rest long enought for burn to just start to stop(5-20secs) then do another set, keep going like that until you do 100 reps total.. works really well!

Sniff sniff...now you made my cry Oh yeah...crying is for pussies...ahem, ahem...that's better.

I knew you played basketball, but didn't you say that when the other girls were getting their arms chewed up fron setting volleyballs, you didn't have to worry about it because your's were already toughened up from sparring? Maybe I dreamt that

This can't be good for business

I knew you played Volleyball primo....but I thought Nat did too. As a matter of fact I thought all firls who were 5'10" or taller played volleyball...except PB's girlfriends...they are not alllowed any physical activity...they might break in half

Yes Pete, we were talking about volleyball the other day, but I meant while on vacation, not competitively. And I didn't just mean the firls, I meant everyone. I dunno bout you sometimes Sunshine, you weren't even drinking when we were talking about it(but I was, lol).

Primo, I think 3 wives is too many for Petey to handle. He seems to be losing his ability to even concentrate on simple spelling. What's the matter Pete, you tuckered out after our training session?
