Hey guys, I got a little problem here. If you look at me from behind I look JAKKED, I have GREAT genetics fro my back & shoulders and have a very nice "V" look. My problem is that from the front I don't look anywhere near as impressive. I have a small amount of fat at the lower part of my chest on the sides (under armpit) makes my chest look soft and well...kinda flabby. I have a fear of doing decline benching because I don't want to get that sagging look when I don't do them. I do LOTS of incline work which has built it up nicely, but this last area is the most annoying. Anyone have any tips?
