looking for good reference links.
Happy New Year all.
Im looking to add some new excercises to my routine, Not that I believe its lacking, but I want to keep things interesting. I workout at home so I dont have tha advantage of other folks at a gym to get advise. If you know of any links to workout sites that have good examples of propper form please reply.

ExRx What a great site. Even had little video to show propper form for each excercise and muscle group.

yeah it kicks ass.. it was why i got into weight training i was just browsing around found it and started to do radical **** at home with db's a month later got a gym membership :-D
