    Jaw line.

I am 42, been working out religiously for a couple years, and having great results except one problem area.
I cannot lose my double chin. What exercise can I do to develop a jaw line?

    Thanks

It's not easy bro. Think of it as fat just like anywhere else on your body. Diet and cardio. At 42 you just need to have more discipline. You CAN do it

That is what I have been after as well. Mine really poped around 11% BF. I am going to have a hard time bulking...because I love my jaw line so much.

Lowered bodyfat and genetics play major roles in the prominence of your jawline. At your age though, sometimes the best recourse is a minor cosmetic procedure. 16% is really not that high especially for a male in his 40's.

Yes, genetics.....my lower jaw is back to far, I can put my lower teeth in front of my upper teeth and have a much more defined jaw line. Its still defined wither way. The girls love a defined jaw line.
