OK so you got big arms how big is your...

Not what your thinking bro's although I am sure I can make a poll

Anyways: How big is your waist and where do you measure it ?

I am on a run of 1ad/4ad/6oxo for about 3 weeks. I am up about 8lbs. I am afraid it aint all muscle. While I look good my waist appears to have increased with all the extra food intake. I am just under a 35 inch waist. Thats thickest I have ever been, While I am also the heaviest I have ever been at 192LBs (peak) 188(avg), I am 6'1. I have 25 inch thighs, 15 inch arms (**** genetics), 45 inch chest.

Are there any maximums for symetry like chest should be 15 inches bigger that waste etc.....

If it matters bad genetics has given me bird bones so even with this weight I still have a small bone structure.....

    Thanks

Genetics get the blame for too much in life. Here are some links that may shed some light on your question.

Thats good stuff arch! Admitedly I went thru the second article first. The iron dungeon is going to take some time. Its pretty funny because more than a few of the members of my family ARE built like JJ Walker !!

I think hes really close I put 2 inches on my arms in two years coincedently I gained about 30lbs of weight. Basically hes saying the the body is going to maintain symmetry no matter what. So you need to work the whole package. I just am afraid that my arms are going to be outrun by waist

looks like I need to do some cutting. But I havent been below a 33 since I was a kid. I think if I could get to a 33 that would be about right for my build.....
