What I do now
1- chest/hams/calves
2- back/abs
3- shoulders/neck
4- quads/calves/abs
5- bi/tris
and
1- chest/calves/tris
2- back/bis/abs
3- shoulders/neck
4- quads/calves/abs
5- bi/tris
6- hams/abs
but the dillema... Im not able to do deadlifts on back day... anyone got a suggestion?
