I used to always think you had to go superheavy with deads, but I started doing them at the end of back workouts. Granted you can't use as much but **** it made me grow like crazy, just from switching from super heavy doing them first, to last and using everything I had left to just complete a moderate weight.

and if it's affecting that much , why not just switch the hams with abs between day 1 and 2

I usually always group my back and hams together or run legs as one whole day, but I don't run splits so it's easier to design a program

every other week should be fine, I'm pretty lazy with mine. I only do stiff legged deads, and ham curls on the machine, and it's either one or the other each week and mine grow. I'm not sure if mine just respond easy or they are just an easy muscle to grow

why don't you switch to doing back and hams together, and do chest on it's own, then you just have to switch the other days a little to rest for shoulders and tris

Well.... I did back today, and I did deads at the end of the workout, and it didnt effect my hams that much.

Thanks for the ideas guys.... and maybe I'll try back and hams together
