Doggcrapp workout questions
for those of you who have been training or following the doggcrapp way of training/diet/rest i have a few questions ive tryed going through the 118 page posts over at animalkits but the thread is huugggee!!!
here are my questions
1.Rep range - i cant find info on reps for the 1 work set i know he says 15 plus for legs and 5-12 for upper body as estamitates i was thinking this:
rotate rep ranges with the way he rotates exercises for each body part.
IE
Chest - monday incline press 12-20 reps
chest - friday bench press 4-7 reps
chest - wednesday decline 8-11 reps
2.When extreme stretching does this come after each bodypart or after working all body parts in session
taking day 1 as example
chest
extreme stretch
or
Chest
shoulders
triceps
back width
back thickness
then extreme stretch each muscle group??
BELOW IS EXAMPLE FROM DC
Day one would be Monday and would be:
Chest
shoulders
triceps
back width
back thickness
Day two would be Wednesday and would be
biceps
forearms
calves
hams
quads
Day three would be Friday and would be the same as day one but with different exercises
chest
shoulders
triceps
back width
back thickness
(sat+sun off)
Day four would be the following Monday and would be the same as day two but with different exercises
biceps
forearms
calves
hams
quads
and so on Wenesday, Friday, Monday, Wenesday etc.

Do a search, I posted his detailed workout routine already in the forum. I would read it a few times, then i would read that huge thread at animal.
