    Before or after

Would you do cardio before a work out session or after..?AND why.?
I allways do cardio before a work out because the way i look at it is your body is warmed up and ready to go for it...If i do it after i find i cannot be bothered to do it because i have totaly fatigue my body and just want to rest.....

If you're training for mass I wouldn't do cardio before a w/o w/u yes but cardio no, you're depleting stored glycogen therefore limiting the fuel for your w/o. I only do CV on non-weight days, or if I'm cutting first thing in the morning empty stomoch and training in the evening.

Al, is right on the money. If cutting, cardio during a fasting state is best. If you can't do that, cardio after is best... you need the gylcogen to stay in the muscles as long as possible.

Al is too dedicated...I gotta be at work in the morning so i cant do the "I'm gonna get up EXTRA early!" thing.

I do it before my work out.
There is no scientific reasoning for my choice...only this: I hate cardio! and if i dont do it b4 then I wont do it at all.
