Pulled a muscle
Last night i was armwrestling with my father , when suddenly i pulled my bicepsmuscle , at first i didnt feel alot but the first time i went training the pain was horrible , i hope i did not torn it or anything . What do you guys do when you pulled a muscle ? I currently putting some mobilat(treatment) on it , and keeping it warm .

Drop the heat and ice the hell out of it. Keeping it heated will keep blood in the muscle and the swelling will stay with you longer. Ice will force the blood out (sorta) decrease the pain and hopefully allow the muscle to recover quicker. Just my .02 and it's what my doc tells me to do.......I pull muscles like it's going out of style.
When I say ice it I mean to keep the ice on it till it goes numb. (did I spell that right..is it numm?)

I think you just pulled it, nothing serious. Like everyone else, I say rest it. Take a full 10 days off to rest and make sure to eat right. The body needs fuel to repair brah. You're no good in the gym injured.

Prob is im in week 2 of my cycle . Ive allready didnt train 5 days , it still hurts like hell . my doc sayed no mather what DONT put ice on it . Dunno guys . THe pain is still the same as 5 days ago . Ive tried everything .
