hey guys,
im currently following a 5x5 routine atm, but i wish to change it after 12 weeks (almost time to):
the current routine is:
sets : reps (5*5 for each)
DAY 1 ? PULL
Deadlifts or Power Cleans
Wide Grip Chins
Barbell Rows
DAY 2 ? PUSH
Incline or Flat Barbell Bench Press
Incline or Flat Dumbbell Bench Press
Shoulder Presses
DAY 3 ? LEGS
Squats
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Weighted Crunches or Weighted Hanging Leg Raises (around 12 reps)
i was wondering if someone could help me i.e. what should i change it to , keep a 3day split, change sets:reps?
i planned on doing front squats instead of backsquats for the next routine and so forth
