do you stop training totaly when sick?
i have a stomach virus and its killing my appetite and sometimes causes me to throw up meals. do you think its best to stop training totaly till im over it?

Better a few days than a couple of weeks. I would always be stubborn and try to keep lifting and end up making myself so sick that I had to stop everything for a week or so.
Some times it does not pay to have a hard head...(insert joke here).
