    just a quick ?

    ok i was wondering if i did push ups 3 nights a week if it will hurt my ablity to gain muscel mass or if it will help me

    only you can say if it will help or hurt you, everyone responds differently, imo though, i would say it would hurt, besides, if you're working hard enough in the gym, there would be no need to do pushups

    If your going to do pushups start out three times per week doing Ladders, then add as you go.
