Cutting Workout Length
I plan on cutting very soon. I will be doing am cardio. I was given adivce that I should only workout about 30-45min. To get all the excerises that I need in this would be very hard to do? How could I shorten down my workout to where I can get the essential excerises that I need?

i have to cut down too due to high leves of CPK but i will just cut down on sets instead of doing 4 for example ill be doing 3

cut down your sets, just put more into each one, cut down rest time in between sets, keep each simple with one bodypart, just some suggestions
