i get them too, you can take so glucosamine chondroitin, but really, the best thing you can do, is before you do any work set, make sure you do a lot of warm up sets very slowly, and also incorporate negatives in your routine, what's happening is your muscles are growing faster than your tendons and ligaments can handle, so you need to start doing things to strengthen them as well
