Quick Question on Where to put Bis

    Hi There,

I have just changed my split a bit to make space for even cardio distribution. This would mean that I either have to do biceps on back day, or alternatively to do it the day after back. I just wanted to know if any one is better than the other??

    So it will be:

    Monday: Chest + Abs
    Tuesday: Legs
    Wednesday: Off
Thursday: a) Back and Shoulders, b) Back and Biceps
Friday: a) Bis, Tris, Abs, b) Shoulders, Tris, Abs

    Thanks!

thanks for the input. unfortunately I have to stick to what I have to factor in an even distribution of cardio and rest time, so I just need to know if it's better to do bis with back or the day after.

    Thanks!

I've tried both and I found that my arms got smaller when I was not working them both together.

I can do a pretty quick arm workout and my arms always seem to get something from it.

I only do three sets for each and it works great and gives me a crazy pump.

I do my biceps on a back day. I previously trained biceps the day after back, but I found that I was overtraining them and I lost half an inch in about six weeks.
