how many times/week
how many times a week do you lift each body part???
i am curently doing one body part a day, works out to each body part being lifted once a week. i want to do each body part twice a week (except legs---keeping legs once a week)
any suggestions???

I would not personally want to do this (i need more rest but everyone is different) but you could try this training split
Mon:Chest/Tri's
Tue:Back/Bi's
Wed:Legs/Shoulders
Thur:Off
Fri:Chest/Tri's
Sat:Back Bi's
Sun:Legs/Shoulders
This would as i said not be good for me, especially because after training my shoulders on saturday i would hit chest on sunday and that would kill my shoulders as i said everybody is different and you may not have a problem with shoulders anyway JMO.

Once per week. 5 days - 1 body part per day. as little as 3 exercises and 13 sets, or as high as 5 exercises and 20-22 sets depending on body part.
