When doing the one major muscle, do lot more exsercices and concentrate on that one muscle.
Yeah, I'm of the opinion that working major bodyparts twice a week is a mistake. Maybe it's okay to go more often for abs or calves but otherwise I think you're overdoing it.
I'm kinda like Swole but I workout five days a week with two off.
Mon -Shoulders
Tues -Lats/traps
Wed -off (major cardio day)
Thur -Arms
Fri -Legs & Abs
Sat -Chest
