Your shoulders can get sore after you do chest. There is a lot of shoulder movement involved when training chest. Make sure your form is right coz your shoukders shouldnt really be that sore unless your form isnt right. Good luck
If you did inclines that puts more stress on the shoulders. If your chest, shoulders, and tri's are sore that just means you had a good workout.
yes, depending on your form and how you drop the weight down while you are lifting sometimes will put strain on different parts. Be wary however, try to do excercises that isolate your chest really well, you can even try dumbell presses while on one of those excercise balls, works really well, and you can feel the isolation of the chest. Try it out!
As a matter of fact I did do heavy incline press!!! I thought that was it but I wanted others $.02....Thanks for the help bro's
