About 2 weeks ago my boss came to me and said that they were bumping the hours up to 5 10's and maybe weekends. As much as i wanted to say i wasn't gonna do it, i counldn't, it pays the bills. The first week i worked the hours and still managed to make it to the gym. I be honest it f**king killed me. I'm barely getting 5-6 hours sleep. Should i just rest for about a week from working out, or suck it up and go? Also i think alot of the tiredness comes from my cutting diet i started at the 1st of the year. I've drop down to about 200 carbs so far.![]()
