Works killing me, should I take a break?
About 2 weeks ago my boss came to me and said that they were bumping the hours up to 5 10's and maybe weekends. As much as i wanted to say i wasn't gonna do it, i counldn't, it pays the bills. The first week i worked the hours and still managed to make it to the gym. I be honest it f**king killed me. I'm barely getting 5-6 hours sleep. Should i just rest for about a week from working out, or suck it up and go? Also i think alot of the tiredness comes from my cutting diet i started at the 1st of the year. I've drop down to about 200 carbs so far.

It sucks bad, last year I worked 1080 hours of overtime alone. I almost had a nervous breakdown. Worked 12 hour shift 6 days a week with 1-2 18hr days in there. Take a couple weeks off, you should every year anyway, or just do cardio.

6 hours sleep

24 hours or a typical day..
it all depends on how much you want something..

personally, i didn't like it, but HIT gets you in and out of the gym in like 20 minutes, it's really different than traditional volume training, but if you're really pressed for time, it's a good alternative, plus you only work out once every four days
