Lower lats
Whats the best movement for developing thickness in the lower lats? I really like that turtle shell look of seperation between the spinal erectors and the lower end of the lats where they seem to meld into the obliques.
At the momment my back routine consists of:
Wide lat pulls downs 4 sets @ 10,8,8,6
Bent Over Rows 3 sets @ 10, 8, 6
Seated Row 3 sets @ 10,8, 6
I'm going to incorporate the DL back into my routine once i feel like my hip is a little better - i irritated something in my flexor a couple weeks ago but its almost 100% again.

Deads are good as well as doing cable rows, but when your doing the cable rows pull alot lower than you usually do, I try to aim for my lower abdomen area as opposed to my upper abdomen area.
