    Traps on back day?

Ok, for a long time now I have been traps on shoulder day, but I was thinking in the gym this morn..... right berfore hitting the dead lifts, why not just hit traps on lat day?

How many of you do this? I mean Deads hit the lats no doubt, and the traps even more.

I have seen numerous people say that deads are the only thing they do for their traps as it is.

    WHat do you think?

I do my traps on back day, because I hit my lower and middle traps as well as my upper traps. I figure I may as well do my whole back at one time instead of breaking it up across a couple days.

Right now I'm doing shrugs after I squat, before that I would do them after my deads. I decided I don't like to do my shrugs after doing deads because it's harder to unrack the bar and my hands hurt after deads anyway.
