My "OFF" Cycle routine
Im just coming off of my last cycle and im going to slowly start lowering my cals and carbs to get trimmed for my next cycle...heres what im looking at doing...reps and exercises will change, keeping reps in the 8-15 range...my goal will be !st and foremost to maintain my gains, but also trim down from the 207 im at now to about the 190 range...
Workouts will hit 2 body parts, and lift around 45 minutes....30-45 minutes of cardio also...
Monday- Chest, back, cardio
15 min cardio (warmup-bike, walk)
Incline (barbell or dumbell)- 15,12,10,8
Flat Bench (dumbell)- 10,10,10
Flyes- 12,10,10
Bent over barbell Rows- 15,12,10,8
Seated cable Rows- 10,10,10
Lat pulls- 12,10,10
20 min cardio (stairs, jog, inclined walk, fast on the bike)
Tuesday- Legs, calves, cardio
15 minute cardio- warmup
Squats- 15,12,10,8
Leg press- 10,10,10
Extensions- 15,15,15
Curls-15,15,15
Hit my claves with about 5 sets of 10-25 reps
10 minutes cardio- cool down
Wednesday- Bi's and Tri's and forearms
15 min cardio- warmup
Standing cambered bar curls- 15,12,10,8
Alternating Dumbell Curls- 10,10,10
Reverse Curls- 10,10,10
Dips- 25,15,15,10
Skull crushers- 10,10,10
Cable pressdowns- 12,12,12
20 minutes cardio
Thursday off
Friday- shoulders/traps
15 minute warmup cardio
Seated Dumbell presses- 15,12,10,8
Upright Rows- 12,10,10
Side lateral raises- 12,10,10
Front raises- 12,12
Barbell shrugs- 15,15,15
Dumbell shrugs- 12,12,12
20 minutes cardio
Saturday Off
Sunday- Cardio day
45 minutes of cardio
I will also be working in abs EOD for about 100-200 reps

any tips or suggested workouts are cool...this is just what ive been "pondering" about the last hour or so
