    Which one is better?

    Please tell me which split is better.

    Well there is no right or wrong answer......what i would do is try the first split week 1 and the other week two. Try to figure out which one gave you better recovery time. The single muscle group per day is getting more popular with me as time goes. If you go that route id try to hit the larger primary muscles on a full rest instead of the secondary ex. hitting back day before your bicep days.

    Try this it works great for me! Day 1 chest/day 2 legs/day3arms/day4shoulders/day5back

    I like to keep my arms day not next to my back or chest days as they affect my workouts.
