lat pull downs 210lbs 8 reps
wide grip seated rows 170lbs 8 reps
T-bar rows 4 sets 3 plates 135lbs 4sets tried to get 10 reps but it was tough
sumo deadlifts 4 sets got 315lbs10 reps first 2 sets then dropped the weight down 275lbs and got 10 on the last 2
