Whats better to trim fat, if I would do say 2.5 miles at 5.5 mph on the treadmill or if I do 1.25 miles at 6 mph on the treadmill.
Basically what I'm asking is, is it better to JOG a long distance or RUN a shorter distance to burn fat.
I assume BOTH will get you into good cardio shape (lungs,endurance).
