Rep, or both. Depends on how many reps your hitting of course compared to your 1RM.
I incorporate both, but do not 1 rep max nearly as often as I used to. Most of the time I'll do low reps, then alternate weeks of doing 5 sets of 1 rep X 75%, to work on form, and drive.Originally Posted by Vibrantred94gt
