I was just glancing at some tables for HIIT cardio and it was reccomending like a 6 minute 30 seconds walk 30 second run cycles. To those of you that do it is this really effective. I just started doing like 2 minute walk and 3 minute run on the treadmill for 45 minutes and wondered how the two would compare.

you must be in great shape to sustain that.
But jump rope kills my achiles tendon lol so no matter what Im screwed.
