used it before, liked it really helped strength
use it now also except a few other things I put in
this is the old skip la cour routine. Get in and get out in no longet than Hour...correct me if I'm wrong. I have never tried it I can't force myself to quit that quick.

I use it's principals... high intensity and high weight but I add/mix-up the excersises.
