    Suggestions on a workout

    Whats up all...jumpin on my 4 cycle and i want to try a new routine. Im use to the 1 muscle a day routine and wanted to see what others do for a routine while on. i was thinkin of maybe a split like:

    chest/tri
    back/bi
    shoulders/legs?
    Look for some fedback thanx

    I like to stick with one muscle group per day, because your never going to be a full strength when you get to the second muscle group.

    That looks like a classic push/pull/legs routine, and there's nothing particularly wrong with that (though I *always* question the ability to hit legs with the volume/intensity/etc that they merit under such a routine). However, if "on", you *may* wish to put that on either a two on-one off or some other rotation other than a Monday-Wednesday-Friday split (or any facsimile of such) simply so that there's a stagger effect and groups are occassionally getting hit more frequently than once every seven days in rotation.
