Suggestions on a workout
Whats up all...jumpin on my 4 cycle and i want to try a new routine. Im use to the 1 muscle a day routine and wanted to see what others do for a routine while on. i was thinkin of maybe a split like:
chest/tri
back/bi
shoulders/legs?
Look for some fedback thanx

I like to stick with one muscle group per day, because your never going to be a full strength when you get to the second muscle group.
