hi guys..after two weeks of cardio, i realised its harder for me to get to the target heart rate 60-75% with the same intensity. an example is i brisk walk on an incline on the threadmill of 10 and speed of 5. this get me to 60% of my max heart rate which is 120.And by the 2nd week, i realised i cant get to 120 at the same intensity,rather at a higher incline, or faster speed.. how do u explain this? is my body starting to get use to the same intensity? Does this also mean that i'm getting stronger in terms of cardiovascular wise? :spudnikc4
