day 2 back and bis
day 3 shldr and legs
day 4 off
repeat
am i overtraining, i get a good pump on the first muscle but am tired on the second.....any suggestions??????????????? :unsure:

id say your stamina is low, doesnt look like your overtrainin, but i dont know all your exercises you do....that would help alot.

Tris.....usually 3 Exercises 4 Sets With 4 Th Setbeing Burnout
Back, Same As Chest
Bis...same As Chest
Shoulders...same As Chest And Back
