    Talking Love not being able to touch my shoulder

    ah just got done with my back and bis and i love going into the locker room and not being able to touch my shoulderbecause of a heavy bi day, just wanted to see if anyone knows what i am talking about

    The worst part is when you get a awful itch on your back and you can't reach it, so you have to lean up against the corner of a wall and scratch it.

    Nothing is worse than leg day...I can barely make it to my car afterwards.

    HAHA, I hear ya, I drive a standard and the clutch is grinding all the way home after a harcore leg day.
