i have big problems to grow my legs, especially with my hams!
i was thinking of doin separate workouts for quads and hams, what do you think?
is a split like this senseless?
mon: quad
wed: hams
fri: quads
mon:hams
wed: quads
fri: hams
...
and what about:
mon: quad
thu:hams
sat:quads
tue:hams
fri: quads
mon: hams
