I've been suffering lately from bad shin splints from super heavy legpress,
my stats are I'm 5'7" and my feet have to be low on the platform, I figure it's
because my feet are so low that this causes the current problem, I've
been putting Ice and heat on them to lessen the pain.
Does anyone know how to make this annoying problem go away any
faster and less painful, without to much interuption to my workouts.![]()
