hi guys..i understand that when on a cutter, its best to train a body part once per week to prevent over training and loss in LBM. So does this theory account for abdominals too??

i've trained abs sometimes up to every other day and had great results, i wouldn't worry.
Abs can take it a lot more often. Go ahead and train them again as long as they are not sore from your previous session.
i know people that do it everyday (not me), and seems to work out ok
depends about how hard is the abd workout... like joevette says.. if they fell sore you shoudn't but if not it's fine. I do wait 24-48hour before doing an other abs session

actually biceps and shoulders are faster recovery than abs. BUT... the reason you train them more often is to actually break down the muscle, becuase you still want the lean look.Originally Posted by Elliot
