Please could someone help me!! I have now been training for about 2 months, 4 times a week. I need someone who can tell me the best way to train; this could be methods of training to see best results and also the right food to eat!!
What is the best way to lose weight around your waist, I have what you call LOVE HANDLES. Please could you advise me on the most effective way to tackle this?
Also some input on steroids and the right time to take them and the right ones to take….
